50th ASEAN Celebration in Hamburg last May 6, 2017 at University of Hamburg. Mindanao Solid Group Hamburg e.V. Dance Group performed "Tinikling" as one of the local Filipino folk dances.

Said program supported by Mindanao Solid Group-Hamburg headed by Ms. Juliet Felgentreff and the Filipino Catholic Church Community of Hamburg, headed by Fr. Simon Boiser.
CMOP Hmaburg 2017 able to serve 62 consular services, which included 54 E-passport applications. The team was also able to register 41 applicants for overseas voting.
CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSIONS 2017 - HAMBURG

The Philippine Embassy-Berlin will be having a Consular Mobile Outreach Missions 2017 on March 11, 2017 at Kleiner Michel Kirche, Michaelise Str., Hamburg, Germany in cooperation with Mindanao Solid Group Hamburg, e.V and Fr. Simon Boiser. This is to bring the consular services closer to Filipinos residing in different parts of Germany. Mobile outreach can only accommodate up to fifty (50) passport applications due to logistical limitations, as the consular team makes use of two data capturing machines during these outreach missions. It is for these reasons that a pre-registration is being adopted for the outreach, to ensure that applications are processed in a timely and orderly manner.

Only non-passport related services may still be accepted in these outreaches, but these are limited only to:
(1) civil registry reports, sans passport application;
(2) taking of fingerprint impressions for NBI clearance form;
(3) acknowledgement (or red-ribbon) of consular documents;
(4) renunciation of citizenship;
(5) visa applications; and
(6) travel document applications;
(7) includes consultation of some legal matters.
